Three ways to brand a vehicle

The right choice depends on how long the lettering needs to stay and whether it also goes on glass.

1 /

Self-adhesive film

  • Matte or gloss
  • ~5 years
  • 65 µm: up to 8 years
  • ~70 colours

The standard option for lettering, logos, contact details and stripes on the bodywork. Regular film lasts about 5 years.

If the vehicle will carry the lettering for a long time, choose the thicker 65 µm film: 70 colours and up to 8 years. Both lifespans are as stated by the manufacturer.

There is also reflective film. It reflects headlights in the dark, so the lettering is visible at night too.

2 /

Printed perforated film

  • For windows
  • Digital print
  • Up to 5 years

Film with tiny holes that an image is printed on. From outside you see the advert; from inside you can still see out through the glass.

It suits a car’s rear window as well as shop windows and public transport. It lasts up to 5 years.

3 /

Magnetic signs

  • Removable
  • Rolls from 50 cm wide

A sign on a magnetic base. Put it on when the vehicle is out on business and take it off when you need it privately. The same sign can move to another vehicle.

It only holds on steel. A magnet will not stick to aluminium, plastic or glass, so check your door with an ordinary fridge magnet before ordering.

Rear window of a black Audi estate with printed film: a Modra driving school advert with a discount on theory courses

A window you can still see through

The rear window of this Modra driving school car is covered with perforated film. From the street you see the discount advert, the phone number and the address; from inside you still see the road through the glass.

On this kind of film, make the text bigger and bolder than on the bodywork. The holes "eat" part of the image, and thin letters blur at a distance.

Frequently asked questions

How much does vehicle wrapping cost?

We give you the price together with the layout. It depends on the vehicle, the film and how much of it is covered, so send us a photo of the vehicle and your logo.

How long does the film last on a vehicle?

Regular film about 5 years, thick 65 µm film up to 8 years, perforated window film up to 5 years. These are the manufacturer’s figures.

How fast can it be done?

In as little as 1 day. A standard order takes 2-5 working days.

Can you letter a truck or a bus?

Yes. We work with any vehicle, from cars to buses. Above you can see work on a semi-trailer, a tractor unit and forestry machinery.

Can a magnetic sign go on any vehicle?

No, only on steel. A magnet will not stick to aluminium, plastic or glass, so check your door with an ordinary magnet before ordering.

Will the lettering be visible in the dark?

Yes, if you choose reflective film. It reflects headlights, so the lettering shows up at night just like a road sign.
