How to send your photo so it does not come out blurry

A canvas shows every flaw you cannot see on a phone screen. So the photo has to reach us just as it is in the original.

Send it like this

  • By cable or on a USB stick
  • Through Google Drive
  • By e-mail as an attachment, the original file
  • In the highest resolution you have

Better not

  • By WhatsApp: it compresses the photo
  • A screenshot from your phone or social media
  • A 1280 × 720 px photo: enlarged, it looks blurry

If you are not sure whether a file will work, send it. Before printing we will tell you whether it can take the size you chose.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a photo canvas cost?

From €30. The final price depends on the size, and we quote it once we have seen the photo.

What is the largest size?

1.2 × 4 m. The bigger the canvas, the higher the resolution the photo needs.

Can I send the photo by WhatsApp?

Better not. WhatsApp compresses images, and on canvas the result looks blurry. Send it through Google Drive, by e-mail or bring it on a USB stick.

Will a 1280 × 720 px photo work?

Not for a large canvas: enlarged, it looks blurry. It can work for a small format. Send it and we will tell you before printing.

Can you prepare the photo for printing?

Yes. We agree the scope and the price before work starts.

How long does it take?

From 2 days. Usually 2-5 working days.
